Ways to provide feedback

Patient Experience Survey

Every patient receives a request from Lawrence General to respond to a survey regarding their experience at Lawrence General. Some patients will get a paper survey in the mail, and others will receive email, text message or a phone call. Our goal is to provide consistently excellent service and no one knows better than our patients if we have succeeded. It is very important that you share your thoughts with us. We use that feedback to learn what is most important to patients and families.
