Lawrence General Hospital is very excited to announce that it has launched its new website after nearly two years of development. The website overhaul is the first refresh of any kind since 2011 and is designed to greatly enhance user navigation. The Marketing and Communications Department guided the project through its entirety and worked closely with industry experts at Silvertech
Navigating our service lines and operating hours, physician network, visiting hours, locations, parking options, medical billing, and medical records is much improved. This was largely achieved through identifying the four “personas” of users that frequently visit the website – patients, physicians, job seekers, and staff members. Through months of analytical studies, the content for each of these key audience members was developed and the navigation was built to be as straightforward as possible.
To meet industry standard, this new website is responsive to any desktop, mobile, or tablet device. Users can quickly access the provider and outpatient location search functions without getting lost in the interface. This, in addition to quick links for placing online donations
and the new Meditech Patient Portal
, are also available in convenient locations.
