Meet Our Senior Leadership Team
Abha Agrawal, MD, FACP, FACHE, President and Chief Executive Officer
A practicing internal medicine physician, Lawrence General Hospital President and CEO Abha Agrawal, MD, FACP, FACHE, joined the hospital in January 2024, coming to Massachusetts after serving as chief medical officer at Humboldt Park Health in Chicago.
Prior to coming to Lawrence General, Agrawal – a Fullbright Scholar and clinical informaticist – founded A4 Clinics in India, a global group of neuro-rehabilitation centers that aims to reduce the burden resulting from preventable neurological disorders.
Robin Hynds, MSN, RN, CPHM, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Robin Hynds is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in health care. She has extensive knowledge of health care leadership and management, assuming executive as well as senior consulting positions in strategic operations, provider network, service line development, revenue enhancement and ambulatory care management. Additionally, Robin is instrumental in applying significant emphasis on high level strategies that counter new trends and care models as it relates to population health and community engagement.
Her expertise includes building a post-acute network and achieving success through delivery system transformation initiatives at both the local and state level. She has built top notch service lines and worked to create and operationalize the hospital's Medicaid ACO strategy and Clinically Integrated Network, among other related risk contracts.
She has served on many community boards, most recently being appointed to MassHire Merrimack Valley Workforce Board and is actively engaged with the Massachusetts Hospital Association as vice chair for Continuum of Care Council. Her leadership role is also valued to implement strategic goals related to keeping care local, improving quality of care, patient experience and ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion overall.
Robin is a registered nurse and holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She received her master’s degree in nursing administration from Endicott College.
Anthony Alley, MSN, RN, Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations and Chief Nursing Officer
Anthony Alley oversees the continuous efforts to improve the quality of our care and ensure Lawrence General meets and exceeds the many regulatory requirements and performance target measures set for hospitals and outpatient care settings.
Prior to his role at Lawrence General, Anthony spent 17 years at Melrose Wakefield Healthcare, where his responsibilities were incredibly wide ranging. Anthony has a master’s in nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a board-certified nurse executive, certified health care finance professional, and has earned his Six Sigma green belt. Anthony currently serves as the nurse executive on the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing and sits on the Massachusetts Hospital Association’s Clinical Issues Advisory Council. Anthony is an active member of many professional organizations, including The American College of Healthcare Executives, American Organization of Nurse Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, and the National Association of Healthcare Quality.
Lisa Crutchfield, Esq., SHRM-SCP, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Lisa has many years of experience in human resources and labor relations. Prior to coming to Lawrence General, Lisa worked with Tenet Health as the Massachusetts Market CHRO, overseeing human resources for MetroWest Medical Center and Saint Vincent Hospital. She also served as the senior vice president of labor relations for CareOne/HealthBridge Management, overseeing labor and employee relations for over 60 long term care and assisted living centers across several states, and performed in the role of senior labor counsel with Cambridge Health Alliance. Lisa is a graduate of Smith College and earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
Matt D'Errico, Chief Information Officer
Matt D'Errico is a customer-focused, strategic executive with over 30 years of health care information technology experience. Prior to joining Lawrence General, Matt served as the chief information officer at Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston for six years and was the IT director at Winchester Hospital for 10 years prior to that. He began his health IT career as the director of applications at UMass Memorial Health in Worcester.
Matt received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Worcester State University and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Assumption University. He is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP) with experience in governance, risk management, and compliance. Matt is a member of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2).
Eduardo Haddad, MD, President, Lawrence General Hospital Medical Staff
Dr. Eduardo Haddad is president of the Lawrence General Medical Staff, chair of the board of the Lawrence Integrated Health Provider Network (LIHPN), and serves as the physicians’ representative on the Board of Trustees. A resident of North Andover, Dr. Haddad has been seeing patients in Lawrence and the Merrimack Valley for three decades. He is a practicing nephrologist who trained at Massachusetts General Hospital and strongly advocates for the value of locally delivered health care. Dr. Haddad serves as medical director for DaVita dialysis in North Andover, and for the acute dialysis unit at Whittier Rehabilitation hospital in Bradford, MA.
George Kondylis, MD, Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer
As chief medical officer and former chief of emergency medicine at Lawrence General, Dr. George Kondylis has been an integral player in helping shape Lawrence General's Emergency Center into what it is today. Over the last 20 years, Dr. Kondylis has been instrumental in transitioning us to a brand new Emergency Department in 2005, creating an EC pediatric area, EC ultrasound program, and most recently, an ECOU observation unit which has shown noteworthy improvement in patient throughput.
He has been an important leader for the medical staff, chairing the Credentials Committee and taking on further hospital leadership roles in the hospitalist program and GLFHC residency program.
Dr. Kondylis graduated from Boston University, attended medical school at Wake Forest, and finished his residency in emergency medicine at SUNY Syracuse. He has substantial experience both here and at UMass Medical Center in emergency medicine, emergency management services program supervision and LifeFlight programs.
Anuj Goel, JD, MPH, General Counsel
Anuj Goel, JD, MPH, oversees all legal matters for our organization. In addition to having a deep knowledge of health law and hospital operations, Anuj has a long track record of providing strategic legal advice, working with diverse stakeholders, and guiding organizations through complex legal issues. He holds multiple degrees from Miami University, Boston University School of Public Health, and Suffolk University Law School.
Karina comes to Lawrence General after five years with The Lawrence Partnership, where she took on several roles, including her most recent position as deputy director. As chief of staff, Karina reports to Dr. Abha Agrawal, supporting the priorities and strategic goals of Lawrence General. Karina holds a degree in business from Northern Essex Community College and is currently furthering her studies at UMass Lowell.
