What should I bring with me to my appointment?
Please bring your insurance card and a current list of all medications that you are taking.

How long does it take to schedule an appointment?
Once your insurance has been verified by our financial counseling department, appointments can typically be scheduled within one week. Most infusions are scheduled after 12:30 p.m. The unit is open for infusions and appointments until 9:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

What are the age restrictions for patients being treated on the short stay unit?
The Short Stay Unit is designed to treat adults 18 years of age and older.

How early do I need to arrive for my scheduled appointment?
In order to allow sufficient time for the admitting process, we request that you please arrive 15-30 minutes early for scheduled appointments.
