Billing & Financial Information
Hospital Bill: The Hospital will submit bills to most insurance carriers. If there is any remaining balance after insurance pays, you will receive a statement for only that balance. If you wish to receive a copy of the itemized bill, you need to request one from Patient Accounts at 978-683-4000, Ext. 2850.
Physician Bills: You may also receive bills from others involved in your care such as your personal physician, a radiologist, pathologist, or anesthesiologist. Arrangement for paying these bills must be made directly with these practitioners.
Financial Assistance: The Financial Counseling Office can inform you of your options if you are uninsured. Call or visit the office, located in Building 38, across from the Hospital at the top of the hill. The office is open from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
